Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a solid background in Rooms for their 5* Resort in Antigua, Caribbean.
The salary is $26,400 per annum with the usual expat package and a very good bonus scheme. With a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and a proven track record of managing the production of fine-dining experience. The successful candidate must have great customer service skills, be passionate about learning new techniques and ideas and be committed to effectively and positively share these with their teams. You must also ensure that the restaurant operations are managed as a successful outlet, maximizing guest satisfaction, achieving budgeted revenue, controlling expenses and labor costs, therefore, maximizing profitability through consistent organizational and leadership skills.
