Marriott International will open a 225-key Renaissance Hotels airport property in Warsaw. In addition, the company has signed agreements to add Courtyard by Marriott hotels in Germany and France.

When opened in 2013 under a franchise agreement with Port-Hotel SpZOO, Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel will be Marriott International’s third property in Poland’s capital city. Located across from the international terminal of Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport, the hotel will boast offer nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, as well as an indoor pool and health center.
In Germany, the existing Ramada Hotel Wiesbaden will reopen in June as the 139-key Courtyard Wiesbaden Nordenstadt Hotel, under a franchise agreement with Realotel Wiesbaden Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft MBH. Wiesbaden sits along the Rhine River in southwestern Germany and is one of the oldest spa towns in Europe, known for its hot springs. The hotel will include an Oleo Pazzo Mediterranean restaurant, an outdoor terrace and a 24-hour market.
In France, Courtyard Montpellier Hotel is slated to open in December under a franchise agreement with Matea Sarl. The 124-key hotel will be located in the heart of Montpellier, the eighth largest and fastest-growing city in France. The hotel will feature an Oleo Pazzo Mediterranean restaurant, a 24-hour market and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
