His full responsibility is for the planning, managing, controlling, co-ordination and participation in all aspects of staff training of the hotel, to ensure that the service provided to our customers is exemplary and that the staff has sufficient self confidence to carry out his job efficiently.
The TDM is further responsible that there is clear communication to all staff about systems and policies & procedures in the hotel according to management's requirement
