Solicitation of catering business primarily in the social and wedding markets. Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned booking and revenue goals. Make sales calls to clients to drive business into the hotel. Works as a team player as a member of the sales and catering team to achieve overall deparmental goals. Work cooperatively with the food and beverage department to insure a flawless guest experience. Complete special projects as needed in tandem with the Director of Catering.
