Executive Chef - Stunning Luxury Resort 5*+ Seychelles
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef from a Michelin star restaurant or luxury brand Five star Hotel resort background to join this award winning venue and produce stunning food! The role of Executive Chef will be to run the kitchen and all culinary divisions in maintaining extremely high standards of personalised service and compiling dishes with daily to weekly changing menus, leading the team and this will suit a very creative individual who can inspire the team, manage a kitchen and work closely with the GM and the Guests in every aspect of day to day operations.
Modern cuisine at its finest, using the finest produce and lots of it home grown! The ideal candidate for the Executive Chef role will be in a similar role in a 2-4AA Rosette / Michelin * establishment or equivalent thereof in a Five star Boutique Hotel environment. Personality is also very important as there is lots of guest interaction.
Flair, innovation and a genuine passion for food is a must!
Salary: Euros 3500 monthly negotiable plus free accommodation, meals, yearly ticket home plus holiday flight breaks, etc
