The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
-Strong operational background as General Manager in large and demanding 4 or 5 star property
Strong leadership with initiative and ability to motivate, lead, train and develop the team
The passion and commitment to drive continued improvement in service and product quality
Ability to promote the Accor vision & ensure the implementation of Novotel “Next Up”
Experience in Asia is preferred
