Graduate in Hotel management with 10 - 15 years of experience in hospitality industry in Operations.

Job Profile:
Leading management team with department heads to ensure smooth operations
Looking after end to end Operations
Plan and strategize Business revenue targets and evolve effective implementations to achieve higher levels of revenue.
Ensure optimum guest satisfaction and maintain excellent PR with clients for repeat business.
Create long term – short term business plan and ensure compliance for optimum results.
To guide and motivate as a team leader and create quality circles with head of departments for efficient-effective-smooth operations of the hotel.
Ensure standardization of recipes and presentation.
Ensure smooth operation of Front Office and Food & Beverage Department and shop floor co-ordination with House Keeping and Chief Engineer
Managing day to day P & L of the Hotel.
