Our client is a European hospitality and property investment group that includes resort operations in Croatia: in order to strengthen its management team we are looking for senior hotel operations professionals to join the management of our client’s Croatian operations. The candidates will enjoy a wide range of responsibilities, latitude and creativity in running the hotels and the staff.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5 to 10 years operational experience (hotel general management), ideally managing multiple hotel properties (resort experience would be a plus),
- Successful mix operations + sales and marketing background would be a plus,
- Experience in restructuring situations would be an advantage,
- Organization and time management skills,
- Excellent level of communication skills,
- Good people management and negotiation skills
- Hardworking, driven and highly motivated
- Ability to work under stress
- Fluency in English, Croatian is desirable.
