HR Manager
We are seeking self motivated professionals, who possess a can-do attitude, enjoy being a part of a diverse team in a new project..
You will be responsible for all areas of HR, covering policies and procedures, recruitment, payroll, labor code, employee relations and performance management.
Main responsibilities:
* General responsibility for wing to wing HR processes
* Recruitment planning including careers fairs and recruitment trips
* Managing manning budget
* Providing support and guidance to department/division managers related to recruitment and manpower planning
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
* The position is located at Maldives
Requirements:
* Experience of working in tourism / leisure - related HR function is a must
* Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Divech language would be of advantage
* Experience with working at Maldives and orientation in the local labor code is essential
* Effective decision making skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with associates, customers and vendors
* Highly organized and efficient approach required
