France-born Perrot has more than 30 years’ industry experience, having joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 1981.
“I am very excited about embarking on a new journey in a new country and leading such a passionate team. With two great products such as Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites, we are really looking forward to contributing to the future development and success of Yas Island,” Perrot said. He has held managerial roles around the globe, including in Switzerland, the UK, Africa, France, Indonesia, South Korea and Egypt. Perrot’s most recent role was in Egypt as area general manager for IHG Citystars and general manager for InterContinental Cairo Citystars.
