Attending to the Guests complaints and requests, Daily shift wise updation of all guest feedback from WelcomAssistance and other sources into WG Guests History
Exclusive handling of single lady guests
Follow up calls for guests complaints received through WelcomAssistance. Making sure the guest was comfortable and happy through out his stay.

Pleasant Personality
Excellent English communucation skills
Ex Cabin Crew Experience / Modelling Experience is an added advantage
