JOBS | Assistant Regional Manager
Due to continual development and growth of our teams we require an Assistant Regional Manager, Central Region.
Bannatyne health clubs are the largest independently owned health club operator in the UK, offering state of the art facilities in 61 convenient locations to over 180,000 members.

Key Responsibilities:
• To assist the Central Regional Manager in co-ordinating the regions business plans.
• Ensuring that the Clubs meet their sales targets, liaise closely with the Regional & General Managers to ensure planned sales activity maximizes all revenue opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining an effective control of revenue and expenditure against targets to achieve optimum financial efficiency.
• Communicate performance standards and expectations with direct reports, in a way that motivates the General Managers and their teams.
• Ensure General Managers adhere to peoples policies and practices in accordance with current employment legislation.
Our ideal candidate will have Strong leadership, multi-site senior management experience and preferably a Leisure Management qualification.
They should have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work and interact with all levels.
A proven track record of sound financial, organizational and management skills and knowledge is desirable along with an excellent knowledge of sales processes and practices.
Their experience and knowledge of the leisure industry will bring commercial awareness and exceptional customer focus skills.
They should be creative and have the ability to influence others to achieve results.
Must be able to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business.
