- Diploma / University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years managerial experienced in Sales - Leisure.
- Group or cluster sales experience or multi location/destination experience.
- Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Computer skills in Opera System and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication organization and relationship skills.
Key tasks
The Group Assistant Director of Sales (Leisure) will oversee 8 ibis hotels in Thailand and be responsible for:
- Assist the Group Director of Sales in preparing, implementing and compiling data for the leisure strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- Surveying, reviewing and analyzing competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in leisure segment in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence.
- Achieving optimal sales in the best possible conditions for all ibis hotels Thailand.
- Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
