COMMIS CHEF - NOVOTEL LONDON WEST

Novotel London West has 630 bedrooms, 32 Conference Rooms, 2 bars and restaurants (including Aroma buffet restaurant and AA Rosette awarded Artisan Grill) and a fitness centre.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team. In this role you help prepare and present dishes in co-ordination with the kitchen brigade.
Duties Include:
-Carry out the preparatory work to ensure all the MEP is ready for service
-Help prepare dishes in line with hotel standards
-Help check food items on delivery and place them into cold storage
-Keep equipment and work spaces clean and tidy

Flexibility is required as there will be a combination of early morning (breakfast shifts), evening and weekend shifts.
