The incumbent will be required to provide leadership for the business unit that result in meeting/exceeding the goals of the hotel while upholding the standards of the restaurant. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent • At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity • Good communications and interpersonal skills with excellent leadership and organisation abilities • Should be highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment • Possess strong background in Food and Beverage operations • Competent in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent command of spoken and written English/Mandarin
