A monthly stipend of
Rs. 14000.00. + Employer’s contribution towards PF, ESIC + Bonus + Gratuity (Addition to this MT will be entitled for CCA of 30% & 20% on 14000.00 respectively for City A & B. Statutory Deductions as applicable. (City A – Delhi – NCR & Mumbai – Thane & Navi Mumbai) (City B – Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Kolkata / Chandigarh) Education: BHM - Hotel Management, Degree or Diploma Desired Candidate Profile: Hotel Management Degree or Diploma holder with 0-1 year experience. Job Description: Reporting to: Training Manager & various head of the departments during one year training. To get classroom instructions in subjects related to their rational experiences. Instructions will include lectures, guest speakers, workshops, projects and oral presentation. Responsibilities of the position: To acquire a good working knowledge of the hospitality sector with special attention to dealing with guest. The various roles and responsibilities of individual department. Understanding the organizational protocols so that he or she can follow all these rules during his or her tenure in the Hotel / Restaurant.
