Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has won two awards at the recently concluded Gloden Star Awards 2011-2012 held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. Red Zen, the Pan-Asian restaurant was recognised as Pride of the Restaurants – The Traditional Way. While Praiwan Sriplai, Speciality Chef, Red Zen won the Most Admired Specialty Chef of the Year award. Speaking on the recognition Suresh Thampy, Executive Chef, Courtyard Marriott Mumbai said, “Red Zen has a comprehensive menu to suit everyone's appetite. It offers you a unique dining experience with culinary influences from various regions in Thailand and China, reflected in the food menu, making use of extremely fresh, and authentic, ethnic ingredients.
