LTR was started by the hotel to offer benefits to its loyal customers including privileges, time saving tools and exclusive hotel offers.

They can also accrue 200 JP Miles or King Miles per stay at 12 Lemon Tree Hotels in Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, East Delhi, Gurgaon, Goa, Indore, Muhamma (Kerala) and Pune. Further, American Express users will earn 5X Amex Membership Rewards for all transactions while Master Card holders can avail a 20% discount on Best Available Rate on rooms and F&B at any Lemon Tree Hotel. At present, Lemon Tree Rewards ‘Winter Special’ allow its members to earn 2.5 times more LTR points for every booking made through lemontreerewards.com.
