Hotel Indigo, InterContinental Hotels Group's (IHG) boutique brand, this week announced the opening of the 94-room Hotel Indigo San Diego in Del Mar, California after renovation and re-branding. Pacifica Host Hotels owns and manages the Hotel Indigo San Diego Del Mar, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
“The Hotel Indigo brand is a perfect fit for this location,” said Mary Dogan, Director, Brand Management, Hotel Indigo, the Americas, IHG. “Del Mar is community-driven with charming and sophisticated offerings for visitors and residents alike, and the Hotel Indigo San Diego Del Mar seamlessly complements the local surroundings,” Dogan added. According to a release, the property offers a full-service day-spa, two pools, hot tub, sauna and bistro-style restaurant with a full bar etc. The room amenities at the property include high-definition flat screen TVs, iHome stations and Aveda products. The hotel also offers 24-hour access to the business centre, complimentary WiFi in public spaces, high-speed internet connections in each room and a fitness room. “Aligning with Hotel Indigo was a natural fit,” said Susan Knapp, General Manager, Hotel Indigo San Diego Del Mar. “Not only does the hotel’s new design incorporate community staples like the beach and the racetrack, but the friendly service makes guests feel welcomed in a neighborly setting,” he added.
