Keith Hill’s appointment furthers Timber Cove Inn’s efforts to provide the best luxury hospitality experience and food and wine program on the Sonoma Coast. Hill comes from a strong background in food and beverage management in the hospitality industry. He first embraced his love of fine food and wine management with a position at Café Adelaide in Loews New Orleans Hotel. From there, Hill’s career shifted to food and beverage management with two of the East Coast’s top luxury lodging destinations: Vermont’s Twin Farms, and Rhode Island’s coastal hotel, The Chanler at Cliff Walk — both widely recognized for their exemplary guest service. Hailing from Yosemite National Park’s internationally acclaimed Ahwahnee Hotel, Hill most recently served as the Food and Beverage Manager, and subsequent Operations Manager.
