South Indian hospitality chain Ohri’s has launched Ruci & Idoni, an exclusive western speciality cuisine bistro in Hyderabad. With the new addition, Ohri brings its portfolio to 25 food and beverage outlets in the city and 28 in South India.
Speaking about the new brand, A K Solanky, COO, Ohri’s Group of Hotels, said, "The bistro will serve all possible varieties of western food and beverage under one roof, be it coffee or ice-cream, quick bites or elaborate exotic maincourse, appetisers or accompaniments/ side orders to dessert." Ruci & Idoni, has a capacity to seat 114 people. The bistro is aimed to be a western dining experience through the ambience, range of food and beverages and their presentation. The new tablet menu allows guests to go through the whole menu on a touch screen with a detailed description and an illustrative picture of each dish. Speaking about the food on the menu, Vikram Seth, Executive Chef, Ohri’s, said, "The unique and rich tastes of these delights are mainly due to premium ingredients used in them. We ensure to handpick and source each of the ingredients from its place of origin be it coffee beans from Ghana, or the oregano sun dried tomatoes from Italy and get it delivered to our kitchen of Ruci & Idoni."
