The Kolkata launch is part of the massive 1000 Crore expansion initiative embarked by the company. The group plans to expand its footprint in Goa and Alibaug. The company has already tied-up the land at Alibaug and South Goa for this purpose. ‘Pride Biznotel’, the full service business hotel from Pride Group will penetrate its reach in Indore and Chandigarh shortly. The Pride group’s expansion plan also envisages launch of hotels under the Brands of ‘Pride Biznotel’ and ‘Pride Resorts’ in Mysore, Munnar, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Amritsar and Rajkot. The group plans to cover the above cities by the year 2014-15, with a presence of 3000 rooms, which will comprise 2000 rooms under fully owned hotels and 1500 rooms under management contract.
