Role Overview
Purpose:
Ensuring at all times that all guest needs and requirements are met and to demonstrate a high and consistent level of organization & Management.
Communicating & providing feedback at all times with all the related departments & to be constantly proactive in anticipating guest needs and requirements)
Recognizes all repeat and important guests.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - BHM - Hotel Management, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Other Specialization) OR (PG - Other)
Education and Training Requirements:
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or taken vocational/training course in Hotel/ Hospitality Management.
High School graduate with broad experience as a butler are also welcome to apply
Must have at least 3-5 years experience working in a hotel/cruise
