Job Description

Responsible for maximizing room & banquets occupancies in the Hotel. Maintaining data of top accounts. To meet the Sales Executive on daily basis and reconfirm the schedule for the day. To take the feedback on daily basis.

Check for expected arrivals for the day and reconfirm details about the same and check for any guest preference. Maintain list of all people who are offered discount vouchers and other special vouchers. To work and liaise closely with Head of Sales in order to see no business opportunity goes pending.
