Manage all functions of the Housekeeping Department ensuring highest levels of guest service and satisfaction; to plan and organize operations to most effectively achieve and maintain the highest quality standards of cleanliness in guestrooms, public and employee areas.
Major responsibility consists of managing margin, controlling labor, linen and guest supplies costs, raising service standards, and maintaining high employee morale.
