ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• University degree (preferably in managment, hotel and/or tourism industry faculty) • At minimum 5 – year experience in hotel management
• Knowledge and experience in hotel finance management
• Strong background and experience in the area of Revenue Management
• Strong sales management orientation
• Capability to conduct business talks and negotiations
• Capability to create a strong, motivated and committed team of employees
• Aptitude for communication and building interpersonal relationships
• Excellent self - and teamwork organization
• Consequence in acting and pursuit of achieving the set targets • Innovatory, efficiency and self – reliance in operating
• Availability and professional mobility
• Fluency in English
KEY TASKS
Key responsibilities:
• Comprehensive hotel management of a unit (228 rooms, ca PLN 20 million turnover) belonging to a leading international chain
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve set economic targets (particularly developing business and MICE sector)
• Applying established standards and providing the highest quality of products and service
