Germany-based Rational AG, which manufactures self cooking centre, combi ovens and combi master, plans to start 'Academy Rational' in India. In a recently held Hospitality Consultants and Planners Seminar and Meet at JW Marriott Hotel Mumbai, teams from Rational’s Germany, Switzerland and Gurgaon showcased and demonstrated Rational's Self-Cooking Center to the hospitality fraternity.

Product Manager Technics, Rational AG, Germany, revealed, “Besides conducting the live cooking demo with the SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® product range in different Indian cities for our dealers and customers, Rational is also planning to start 'Academy Rational' very soon in India. It will be a one-day seminar, which will give professional instructions for the optimum and efficient use of our product in the kitchen. The seminar programme is tailored to customer's needs, where they will become a SelfCookingCenter® professional under the guidance of experienced Rational master chefs.”
