Job Description
Targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to for new business.
Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
Assist the General Manager in the development of Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization.
Responsible for achieving objectives established in the Organizations Strategic Plan.
Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase business volume.
This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
To maintain a productive and professional relationship with all clients.
Maintain close contacts within the neighboring hospitality sectors, with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses, private clubs, professional associates, etc, to capture business.
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
Min. of 2-3 years Hotel Sales Experience.
Degree / Diploma Holder from a hospitality management institute.
Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written communication English.
Customer service orientated.
