NEWS | Park Inn by Radisson Astana to open in Kazakhstan in Q1 2013

Carslon Rezidor has announced the Park Inn by Radisson Astana in Kazakhstan. The property featuring 248 rooms is scheduled to open in Q1 2013. “Eastern Europe is one of our key regions for future business development. Our portfolio already comprises 105 hotels in operation and under development with more than 25,000 rooms;

and we aim to further strengthen our presence”, said Kurt Ritter, President & CEO, Rezidor Hotel Group. The hotel will offer one restaurant, one bar, 12 meeting rooms from 31 to 176 square metres, and parking spaces. The complex will provide easy access to Astana’s new city centre and is in proximity to Astana’s cultural sites, making it an attractive location for business and leisure travellers. The owning company of the two Rezidor hotels is Incom Astana LLC, a developer renowned for its high end commercial and exclusive real estate properties in Astana, Kazakhstan since more than ten years.
