*Overall managing and maintaining F & B Department.
*Manage the all Excise Records & Day to Day activity of Consumption.
*Taking Monthly Store Inventory.
*Generate the monthly MIS report & quarterly stock valuation report.
*To prepare monthly profit and loss statements for each F&B Outlets.
*Strict control over liquor, consumption, ordering, spoilage as well as breakage
*Liaison with Excise for licensing of bars
*Co-ordinate with F&B Manager to review on his department

2 Years experience in Hotel Industry as a F&B Cost Controller is preferable.
