JOBS | Guest Service Associate

Job Description
Mise en Place and Food Preparation Assist with receiving and storage of goods Clean and maintain equipment and premises Maintain hygienic standards and procedures Assist with the preparation of functions and service Assist with cellar operations Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service including: 
o Cleaning of equipment 
o Sorting of stores equipment 
o Cleaning and maintaining glassware for service 
o Cleaning and maintain flatware for service 
o Cleaning and maintain china for service
o Preparing waiter stations o Preparing buffet service o Preparing service equipment and materials 
o Assisting with table preparation Mini Bar duties including: o Filling mini-bar trolleys 
o Checking used stock against issued stock o Replacement of stock in accordance with mini-bar procedure 
o Recording of replacement of stock o Billing procedures in line with hotel policy 
o Ordering of mini-bar items
