2-3 yrs of experience into CORE HR, who is a multitasker. (Who have hands on experience on major modules like UNIT HR operations , New Processes Set up ,Recruitment, Payroll, T&D, Compensation & Benefits, PF, ESIC , Insurance, Employee Relationship)
Sound knowledge of Unit level HO operation experience , Labor laws is mandatory for candidates working in any other industry other than hotel industry.
