His professional accolades include helping win the Times Food Guide Awards for 2010, 2011, 2012 for Spectra (multi-cuisine), Diya (Indian) and Zanotta (Italian) restaurants as well as Rubicon Bar at the Leela Kempinski Hotel. Earlier in 2007 and 2008, restaurant 360 at The Oberoi New Delhi won the Times Food Guide Award under his culinary supervision.
