Hilton Pilar will be located in the heart of Pilar Golf Club, and can be accessed through a 40-minute drive from downtown Buenos Aires and the international airport.
The three-storey property will feature executive floor rooms, ten master suites, a governor's suite and a presidential suite, all outfitted with the Hilton Serenity Collection of amenities boasting plush bedding, high-definition flat screen television, alarm clock with MP3 player connection, wireless internet access and more. The hotel will also have an approximately 21,500-sq-ft of meeting space, including a convention centre divisible into three ballrooms, six flexible and technologically enhanced meeting rooms, and a business centre. Recreational amenities at the property include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a 5,500-sq-ft spa, and the Pilar Golf Club, and a 400-space parking lot completes the facilities.
The condominiums in the hotel will feature electric ovens, air conditioners and heaters, and an exclusive pool per building. Owners can choose from one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom units and will enjoy access to all facilities at Hilton Pilar. The complex will house seven single-family homes of more than 3,000 sq ft each.
