NEWS | Starwood Hotels & Resorts opens Four Points by Sheraton Luohe in China


top_301112_2.jpgStarwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. recently opened Four Points by Sheraton Luohe, Henan Province, China. Owned by Central China Real Estate Limited, the hotel is the first international branded hotel in Luohe, as well as the first Four Points by Sheraton in the province. As part of Starwood’s expansion plans in key Tier-II and III markets across Asia Pacific, Four Points by Sheraton Luohe marks the 28th property of the brand in the region, and the 16th in Greater China alone.
The hotel houses 244 guest rooms and suites that sport architectural lines and contemporary furnishings. Each room features a Four Points by Sheraton Four Comfort Bed, a work desk, a 42-inch flat screen television, and Wi-Fi in public spaces. The Eatery, the hotel’s signature restaurant, offers an extensive global buffet. China Spice restaurant serves medicinal Chinese dishes and Hong Kong-style desserts. There is also a Lobby Lounge, and Best Brews programme. For meetings and banquets, Four Points by Sheraton Luohe provides 1,108 square metres of state-of-the-art function facilities, including a pillar-less ballroom with a ceiling height of over six metres, and six versatile meeting rooms. The hotel also features a fully equipped fitness centre, indoor temperature controlled swimming pool, and a spa with signature treatments. As part of the opening, the hotel is offering an introductory package of RMB 380 net per night in a comfort room, with breakfast for two persons. The offer is valid until March 31, 2013.
