Crowne Plaza's flagship hotel in London is preparing to launch a new destination cocktail bar to compliment the already established and renowned Refettorio and Chinese Cricket Club restaurants.
If you have a taste for the finer things and know how to create them, then this is a fantastic position. Working with the Food & Beverage Manager and the hotel's PR & Marketing team, you will help to create a brand new concept for London.
You will be responsible for taking the bar from design stage through to opening, creating your own team and the reputation for which the bar will be known. Strong knowledge of beverage cost analysis, menu engineering and cost control will be key to the successful candidate being hired. An ability to manage a team that can be driven to achieve results is also necessary, as you will be measured on financial performance, customer satisfaction and team engagement.
