The Gateway Hotel Ernakulam Marine Drive recently unveiled its new restaurant, Sian, and a bar, Swirl. The pan-Asian Sian will offer Japanese, Thai and Chinese cuisines. Kai Asia also features a live Teppanyaki and interactive counter. A visual delight, the Teppanyaki is a thrilling concept where guests can see their favourite dishes being prepared by an expert Teppan Chef. Specially crafted tasting menus help guests to choose what they want to eat. An exciting dessert menu rounds off the occasion.
Swirl offers a fine selection of contemporary drinks like whiskeys, Jamaican rums, vodka shooters, martinis, wines and cocktails. Apart from the classics, it has its own signature line of drinks and a fine selection of liquors, including aged malts, cognacs and Cuban cigars.
