Job Description
Responsible for the operational efficiency of all front office areas during shift and the service delivery of those areas. Promotes The Leela culture & adheres to the doctrine of The Leela Dharmas.
Being attentive to Guests
Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests requests
Anticipate Guests needs
Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience
Demonstrating a service attitude
Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
Comply with the Companys Corporate Code of Conduct
Familiarize yourself with the company values and model desired behaviors
Perform tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals
Salary:
INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A.
