Job Description
Assists the Stewarding Manager in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating
Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and overseeing the operating equipment inventory. Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
Strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
Maintains the cleanliness of the Outlet kitchens and equipment.
Assists to ensure that the back-of-house areas are kept clean and organised. Ensures garbage are disposed off properly and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are filled daily.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: (UG - BHM - Hotel Management, Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - PG Diploma - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
