Diploma/Degree in Engineering(Electrical)
10- 12 Years Experience in Engineering dept. in Hotel Industry
Supervise the operation, maintenance and repair of hotel equipment, tools and facilities
Require considerable working knowledge of major areas in the hotel and the skill to integrate and communicate that information.
Scheduling workers on repair assignments, as well as in the field, solving air-conditioning or other system malfunctions.
Responsible for coordinating with contractors on renovations, remodels and new construction.
Responsible for efficient operation of respective sections like A/c, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing , painting & polishing
Also ensure the safety & comfort of the guests & employees.
Deputy engineer will be responsible for assisting the chief engineer in the entire operation of the engineering department in a five star hotel. He should have good knowledge of preventive maintenance & HACCP.
