Gary will oversee the daily operations of the 534-room property and be responsible for driving service and performance excellence to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue for the hotel. A British national, Gary has close to 20 years of luxury hotel management experience in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia, with Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Move npick Hotels & Resorts.
Under his leadership, the hotels regularly registered commendable scores in customer satisfaction and employee engagements surveys, as well as brand standard audits. As General Manager of Movenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bidaa, Gary received the Excellence Award for demonstrating outstanding leadership, sound business management and active community engagement at the 2011 British Business Forum in Kuwait.
