IHG has opened the Holiday Inn Charleston Historic Downtown, which it says is the first new hotel development in the area in a decade.
The new, five-story hotel features a redesigned logo and signage as part of the Holiday Inn brand family's US$1 billion brand relaunch. The property is owned by Tara of Charleston LLC,
managed by Tara Investments and franchised by an IHG affiliate.
The Holiday Inn Charleston Historic Downtown focuses on arrival and welcome services as well as guestroom and guest bath comfort. The property has 120 rooms, including three suites and 23 specialty rooms with private patios.
