Job Description
Prime Responsibilities:
Ensure a highest level of hospitality in all food and beverage services.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by handling guest complaints professionally.
Ensure optimal and cost effective use of resources.
Provide support to Food and Beverage Production team.
Desired Profile
Pre-requisites:
Mandatory
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Outstanding personality and unmatched levels of energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
Excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, service orientation and interpersonal team skills.
Displays high level of flexibility, initiative, sincerity and team work.
Knows and is able to use MS Office Suite.
Nice to Have
Graduate in Hotel management.
Prior relevant experience of at least 6 months will be preferred.
