To Head the F&B (S) Deptt; Responsible for Hiring, training, duty scheduling of F&B service staff & retaining them; Managing all day to day management of the Resorts F&B Operations Restaurants, Banquets & In-room dining; Planning menus; Establishing highest standards of F&B Service; Organizing events & food festivals; Devising methods & strategies to enhance F&B sales; Assisting the Chef in improvement in presentations on Buffets in outlets & Banquets; Doing the budgeting & Forecasting of sales & expenses for F&B deptt and its P&L Ensuring guests satisfaction
Salary:INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
