Performs all the responsibilities of Assistant Unit Managers in his absence.
Make sure that smooth operations go on.
Handling guest queries.
Coordination between kitchen and restaurant.
Birthday and kitty party booking.
Cross training of the staff.
Should be able to work hands on at all stations.
Control on wastages.
Control on pilferage
Proper upward and downward communications.
To solve the problems of the staff.
