Vivien first began her career in hospitality as a public relations officer in an international hotel in her native city Chengdu, China before finding her true calling in human resources. She started her climb as training officer, working her way up the HR ladder over the next ten years with three major global hotel chains in China's key gateway cities - Chongqing, Chengdu, Beijing and Shenzhen.
She returns to what she considers her second home - Shenzhen, where she first worked in 2002, but this time to join Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen.
As head of the HR division, Vivien oversees Staff Hiring, Benefits and Lodging as well as the Hotel's overall training. Vivien majored in English at the Sichuan International Studies University.
