Vegetarian thali restaurant, Khandani Rajdhani has launched the fifth outlet of Delhi NCR, making it the 35th outlet in the country. Located at the Restaurant Block, DLF Place, the latest unit is spread across 2,800 sq ft with a seating capacity of 84 guests.
Madhur Bhandarkar, Indian filmmaker, was the Guest of Honour inaugurated the outlet in the presence of Aji Nair, Vice President, F&B Division, Mirah Hospitality; Shibani Kashyap, Indian singer; Aditya Bal, model and food enthusiast; and Navneet Kaur Dhillon, Miss India World 2013, as per a release. A musical afternoon was organised to celebrate the opening of the restaurant. Rajdhani is the flagship brand of Mirah Hospitality.
Nair said, “We are happy to inaugurate our fifth unit in Delhi today.
North India has always been an important market for us. Having successfully conquered South India, our focus this year will be on expansions in North India. We plan to open five more restaurants during this financial year (2013-14). Our focus cities in the North will be Delhi NCR, Amritsar and Mohali. All our units have been doing well and we are sure this unit too will do exceedingly well.”
Currently, Rajdhani has 34 outlets across India and Oman. The cities of operations in India include Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai Nashik, Pune, Raipur and Shirdi.
