Real estate firm, Omaxe Ltd will invest Rs 200 crore to develop a Holiday Inn property in Omaxe’s integrated township - Omaxe New Chandigarh.
The real estate group has tied up with The InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG), who will manage the hospitality service of the 150-room hotel constructed under Omaxe Ltd. The five story property in store will cater to corporates and the local elite, including tourists.
“The coming up of Holiday Inn is a step forward towards creation of a commercial hub in Omaxe New Chandigarh that will house two architecturally superb office and retail spaces – International Trade Tower and India Trade Tower, alongside the hotel.
Landscaped greens, beautiful gardens and water bodies and wide roads to maneuver along are some of the ideal setup envisaged in the commercial hub” the company said.
Omaxe New Chandigarh, spread across approximately 700 acres offers plots, independent floors, villas, proposed group housing, office and retail spaces, hotels etc.
Having spread its footprints in 9 States across 30 cities in India, the company has already delivered more than 166 projects and is currently executing 41 real estate projects out of which two are hotels.
