Nitesh Estates limited obtained clearances to start operations at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. Shares of the company rose by 6.83% after the clearance news.
The development has received all necessary approvals/licences such as Occupancy certificate, tourism Board NOC, food & Restaurant permits, trade License, pollution clearance, and Fire Clearance for its commencement. The hotel is scheduled to start full scale operations by September 30, 2013.
The 5-star property will have 277 rooms that includes guest rooms & suites, international dining options offering five upscale F&B outlets, Hair Salon and the Ritz-Carlton Spa. The property will have a ballroom capacity of 1,000 people. Source
