
The Delhi outlet at Janakpuri, is spread over two floors with a total floor area of 5,800 sq ft. The 170 cover restaurant will have live display kitchens and bar counters on both the floors. Being an international concept, each table has a ‘live grill’, where guests can prepare their food by marinating barbeques with their preferred marinades.
Barbeque Nation’s new restaurant offers 90 per cent cooked barbeques. Guests can marinate and cook the rest, according to their taste. “The choice of grills is drawn from Pan Asian, Oriental, Mediterranean and Continental cuisines,” says Prosenjit Roy Chowdhury, CEO, Barbeque Nation.
The outlet’s rustic design is in keeping with the European Country Home concept. The restaurant offers a menu comprising of five vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbeque starters with unlimited helpings, a main course buffet, soups, salads, desserts and a variety of liquors.
